This is the By The Bokeh Blog. You can find some of our wedding photography here and some of the stories of the weddings we have been privileged to photograph. A big thank you to each of the couples who agreed to let us showcase their wedding, we both loved being part of your day.

Nikki & Leon: Coniston, Lake District
Set in the picturesque village of Coniston, the wedding of Nikki and Leon had a deep family tie to it, with Leon’s family originating from the area. Leon started his day at his Uncle Willy’s, with Nikki just over the road at Coniston’s grand Waterhead Hotel; with each party keeping a look out to prevent accidental sightings of each other
Sarah & Ben: Harewood House, Yorkshire
The Harewood Estate was an excellent venue for Sarah and Ben’s big day, it’s beautiful architecture and far reaching views filled the day with class and grandeur. The day started with Ben at the Harewood Arms nearby, and Sarah further afield in the centre of Leeds.
Hannah & Andy: Knaresborough, Yorkshire
With both Hannah and Andy being keen athletes they decided to incorporate this into their wedding. For the signing of the register, they both ran from their home in North Leeds to the Town Hall, and upon exiting the majestic building they were throughly doused by friends and family with confetti; before running a few circuits around a local park as Husband and Wife.
