The Harewood Estate was an excellent venue for Sarah and Ben’s big day, it’s beautiful architecture and far reaching views filled the day with class and grandeur. The day started with Ben at the Harewood Arms nearby, and Sarah further afield in the centre of Leeds.
Once all the guests had arrived in the courtyard, they were quickly ushered up to the ceremony room in anticipation for Sarah’s arrival. Singer/Songwriter Rosie Doonan was there to serenade Sarah as she made her way into the brightly lit traditional room whose decorations were in the wedding colours; grey and pink.
After the ceremony, the couple were greeted by all their guests who were armed with plenty of confetti to smother the newly-weds. This was followed by the formals which were taken at the back of the Manor gifting us a splendid backdrop of the Yorkshire countryside.
The day was finished off celebrating the couples mutual love of beer and ales, with each dinning table named after their favourite pubs in Manchester, giving a lovely personal touch to the meal. Ben’s other lifetime love crept into the day also, in the form of a replica Tardis, with a miniature Tardis cake to boot.
